The statistics in the video you just watched are sobering!
women in the US and close to a billion worldwide between the ages of 40 and 59 dealing with menstrual irregularities, fibroids, stress, hot flashes, reduced libido, sleep disturbances who also have the desire to slow aging and regain vitality.
women in the US between the ages of 60 and 79, post menopause, concerned with preventing or managing chronic illness, including osteoporosis, heart disease, and diabetes
women in the United States and a billion worldwide between the ages of 18 and 40 trying to manage menstrual cramping, bloating, anxiety, PMS, depression and irritability. PMS impacts 3/4 of women in this age group and infertility affects 50 million couples worldwide
I was one of these women.
I have an incredible story.
Well, maybe not so incredible as others who have overcome life threatening illnesses or horrible accidents and survived, but my story is uniquely mine. You see, for years I suffered through the usual things us women suffer from. My list was pretty long… monthly cramps, reduced sex drive, a fibroid (pretty big one), benign tumors on one ovary, weight gain, thyroid issues… on and on and some other things more personal than this I wouldn’t feel comfy sharing! The shocking truth that most medical doctors have not figured out is that when a woman has any of these symptoms or states of un-wellness, it is highly likely a hormone imbalance.
I’m Veronica from the video you just watched. You’ve been introduced to Michael, my husband and Dr. Deborah Moskowitz, a naturopathic doctor with a very specialized background in natural hormone balancing. And together, we are sharing with you a story of hope. And we hope it will be your story of creating massive change in getting your hormonal life back in balance.
Women with normal progesterone levels have the following in balance, but as you will learn on this page, most women have a deficiency of progesterone.
With the Introduction of CBD into the marketplace, we “reimagined” an ENTIRE new way to Balance Hormones.
And as we share this information below,
you are going to be just as excited as we are about this combination of ingredients!
Because what you are going to learn about the pairing of bioidentical hormones and CBD may be life changing! There is an “entourage” effect at play because these two molecules have a few common qualities that may work synergistically in the body.
And what we are sharing with you today will give you the opportunity to live life more fully, the amazing life you know is yours.
Imagine the incredible feeling of playing like you did when you were a kid… with your children or grandkids… yes, right there on the floor with them in their world!
Imagine giving yourself fully to your partner without feeling tired, guilty or in actual pain while you are making love.
Imagine having constant energy!
Imagine yourself with a firm tummy, waist and thighs. Just as it should be.
Imagine just sucking up all of life because you have the energy to not just participate, but to lead it!
Have the diets and exercise routines failed you?
Do you wake up exhausted after a night’s sleep?
Are you living life in pain?
Are you not able to become or sustain a pregnancy?
When you are out of balance, literally everything can go wrong
Okay, let’s dig in a bit.
The two main female sex hormones are estrogen and progesterone. Although testosterone is considered a male hormone, females also produce and need a small amount of this, too
Too few women focus on progesterone. It is also known as the “master hormone”
Insufficient progesterone levels can be a major cause of infertility
As women progressively age, the ratio of progesterone levels to estrogen decrease.
Too much estrogen (and not enough progesterone) can cause bloating, swelling and tenderness in the breasts, decreased sex drive, irregular menstrual periods, increased symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS), mood swings, headaches, anxiety and panic attacks, weight gain, hair loss, cold hands or feet, trouble sleeping, memory problems.
Wow! pretty big list, isn’t it?
Truth be told, hormone imbalances literally destroy lives!
The DECISION is really an easy one
Your doctor tells you “it’s stress” and prescribes you anti-depressants.
You’ve had your hormone levels ‘checked’ by a healthcare professional and they’ve come back ‘normal’
You have tried to eat less and exercise more but have failed to lose weight
You have been told you are just going through THAT “stage of life”.
Sadly, most medical practitioners are not trained in diagnosing or treating hormone imbalances!
…and many that do, unfortunately utilize synthesized hormones in prescription form that many times CAUSE a different set of problems that many times amplifies the problems.
Why does this happen?
Not sure but it shouldn’t. It’s shocking how many women see the doctor and are sent on their way without an action plan on how to fix themselves.
How do I fix this?
This is a great question because ultimately it’s your body and you have to take ownership.
Perhaps, you may some inspiration in my story. I’m a school teacher. And all of this was trial and error plus a little bit of observation and right timing. Years ago, my husband and I began a quest in understanding hormones while our daughter was dealing with issues much like mine (cysts on her ovaries). She was 19 at the time (here we are when she was 3!)
But this story isn’t about our daughter, but I needed to give you the background. I was in emotional pain as well the physical. How could I have prevented it for her? Gosh, I couldn’t even prevent it within myself.
Was she going to live with what I have lived with all her life? I was angry. I felt guilty. But I’m not the type of person to feel sorry for myself and with the help of my husband, we sprang into action to learn everything we could about hormones and the state of being in balance.
And we went on a quest. We found out through investing in many different programs and seeing many different “specialists” that there was no clear answer for me.
They ran tests. I had various doctors including endocrinologists try to figure out how to help me. I had hormone “dieticians” develop meal plans. There is nothing we wouldn’t try.
I’m not saying this type of stuff doesn’t work. I’m saying that it did not work for me.
And we dug in deeper. Of course the body’s natural state is healthy and to be in good health. But what was driving my hormones (and me) crazy?
I just didn’t know. But I did know that nothing I was doing was working…
I was at the point of giving up…
But my inner drive, my spirit, said “ENOUGH!” I knew this wasn’t the life I designed for myself.
And I became obsessed with understanding why this was happening.
We went way beyond what medical doctors were telling us.
We really dived into the natural side of this because traditional medicine surely wasn’t helping.
And I was ASTOUNDED to discover a world of women already immersed in the world of bioidentical hormone balancing.
And a major discovery for us was bioidentical progesterone. But initially we dismissed it. I was frightened by the thought of supplementing or replacing hormones. It seemed extraordinary.
I was lucky enough to find a naturopathic practitioner that told me I exhibited all the signs of estrogen dominance.
Does any of this look familiar to you?
And then I was told that the symptoms of low progesterone are the same as high estrogen with a few added not-so-delightful symptoms including:
Insomnia and/or Intermittent Sleep Disturbances
Infertility and Miscarriages
Hot Flashes and Night Sweats
Anxiety and Mood Swings
What is Bioidentical Progesterone?
It’s important to make a distinction between synthetic and bioidentical hormones. Molecularly, they are very different. But most women aren’t aware that there is a difference. Back in the 1970s, the Women’s Health Initiative conducted trials on thousands of women using Progestin, a synthetic progesterone. And this type of pharmaceutically created hormone it turns out was causing breast cancer and a multitude of other diseases including strokes! So they were forced to discontinue the studies.
Alternatively, bioidentical progesterone is derived from yam or soy. And it is further “micronized” (reduction of particle size) in the lab. Micronizing provides greater absorption in the body. The end-product is identical to the human progesterone molecule. And a whole cottage industry of progesterone creams has been in existence for over 30 years!
Very safe! In fact you could apply a ton on your body and the worst it will do is make you sleepy. A pregnant woman’s placenta produces about 250mgs per day. Progesterone in a cream averages about 20mgs per use.
With the passage of the 2018 Farm Bill, Hemp was removed from its designation as a Schedule 1 controlled substance, thereby making it legal to consume. Companies cannot make specific therapeutic health claims, (like CBD cures cancer).
When we formed Felicity Organics, it was based on the potential of combining CBD into a newly created organic formula. We recognized that some of the studies conducted on the benefits of CBD were directly applicable to a number of symptoms of hormone imbalances.
Cannabidiol, aka CBD, is one of 104 chemical compounds found in the cannabis plant. CBD can be derived from marijuana, or from its genetic cousin, hemp. Unlike THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol), CBD is not psychoactive, but has been proven to have many different therapeutic effects.
CBD does so by interacting with the receptors of the human body’s endocannabinoid system, which helps regulate pain, appetite, mood, memory, immunity, and sleep.
The following benefits, among others that may yet be discovered are synergistic and have qualities of uniqueness with respect to the pairing of CBD and bioidentical hormones:
Neurochemistry changes – as hormones decrease, they effect serotonin levels/receptors and other neurotransmitters and neuron generation in the hippocampus with fewer synaptic connections formed. CBD will activate serotonin receptors and increase neuroprotective mechanisms and increase synaptic plasticity which will offset mood swings, and depression and maintain cognitive levels.
As hormones decrease, levels of inflammatory molecules increase, specifically TNF-alpha (tumor necrosis factor) has been linked to cognitive problems and osteoporosis. Osteoporosis has been linked to a hormone deficiency and may potentially stop its progression with the pairing of progesterone and CBD. CBD is a potent anti-inflammatory that will decrease the levels of inflammatory molecules in the symptomatic subject. Osteoporosis has been linked to increased levels of TNF-alpha. CBD would lower the levels of this inflammatory molecule and may reverse bone loss.
CBD is also a potent vasodilator, increasing blood flow to the pelvic region, which in turn moisturizes the vagina canal; and as an anti-inflammatory relaxes the muscles and calming pain perceiving sensory nerves in the vulva and the vagina, with increased libido. CBD infused progesterone has a synergistic effect as progesterone provides these same characteristics.
After these discoveries, I was blown away thinking that this plant, hemp (and its cousin, marijuana) has been illegal for over 80 years and now we are finding out all these amazing health benefits about it?
Why did it take so long???
We knew we were on to something and we began testing it… on me. I was willing to “guinea pig” it! LOL. Truth is, I was so desperate for relief that it was extremely easy to start. And start we did! I need to add that at first it was very unscientific. We took regular CBD Oil (more about this later) and added it to a currently popular progesterone cream on the market.
My results were pretty good. I felt somewhat better! I could sense though that if we were to really nail this, we would have to bring in a professional team skilled in formulating. A team that would also meet our requirement of being organically certified. And our challenge that we overcame was finding the right partner that had experience in using CBD as an ingredient and could get the formulation at the exact portions we needed to get the maximum effect.
Our Certified Organic Hormone Balancing Cream was formulated by a +30 year skincare industry veteran group internationally recognized as an expert in the field of research & development.
We spent literally over nine months working with our team of chemists in formulating the cream. We utilized a vast collection of authoritative and innovative resources to conduct research.
Information sharing on Raw Material Technical Data, Material Safety Data Sheets, and Clinical Data was provided to us by every single ingredient source we have in our product.
It was extremely time intensive, where we gathered detailed scientific knowledge on raw materials and their effectiveness, in order to keep improving on our formulation.
We utilized “client focus panels” and provided samples for assessment. We are so thoroughly excited with the result and can’t wait to share this with you
Looking back, it was the perfect decision for us to make. Especially when we realized that most companies in our focus on wellness and balance, have not invested the time and money in perfecting a formulation. There is not one other brand that can claim 95% or higher organic content. That is why we have the seal “Organic Ingredients” on our label. Most importantly, we are patent pending on the pairing of the progesterone and CBD ingredients. Which obviously means no one else can make it.
In fact, this next section, I’d like to cover exactly what our particular CBD is in more detail.
This is an important section to understand Nano-Emulsification and how this process produces a vastly superior CBD. Felicity Organics’ product formulation contains high quality, organic ingredients. Everything grown is organic. From seed to bottle, every detail and quality standard is on purpose and driven.
Our process results in a 100% Pure Form of CBD that is completely clear! You can’t see it and you won’t smell it!
Our Cream is infused with naturally grown hemp, free of all toxic pesticides, fungicides, fertilizers, and heavy metals.
Our “Secret Sauce” is a lab-tested nano-emulsified CBD that is up to 800% more bio-available and absorptive than conventional CBD oils.
Our “Secret Sauce” is a lab-tested nano-emulsified CBD that is up to 800% more bio-available and absorptive than conventional CBD oils.
Nano Emulsified VS Conventional CBD Oil
What is Bioavailability?
CBD is Hemp based and like all plants is oil based. Our challenge is that when CBD oil is extracted, it’s not a good mix for a water based product. The process of nano-emulsifying CBD reduces its particle size to more than a millionth of its normal size, thereby increasing absorption in the body. What this means for you is our CBD ingredient dissolves immediately into our formulation, resulting in more bioavailability. Bioavailability simply refers to the extent with which CBD can be absorbed by the body.
The Cutting Edge of CBD
Our unique cannabinoid-profile is reflected in our Broad-Spectrum 0.0% THC Hemp oil, containing naturally occurring cannabinoids and terpenes. 0.0% THC Hemp oil is 70-90% CBD in addition to over 30+ terpenes and other beneficial molecules..
The process employs a nano-sized hydrophilic (water-loving) membrane around the fat-soluble nutrient that produces a formulation that is fast-acting, safe, and exceptionally bioavailable.
Key Advantages of our Nano-Emulsified CBD
Higher Absorption Rates: Our formulation encapsulates fat-based nutrients. This results in higher absorption rates
Stability: Our formula improves the stability of CBD. The result is a longer shelf-life, due to the elimination of potential phase separation.
Versatility: Our nano-CBD easily absorbs in water and lipids, which means it is easily mixed in the formulation.
Concentration: Our formulation allows a larger payload of functional fatty acids, thus eliminating the problem of dosage limitation for many functional ingredients. What this means is a more efficient pairing of the ingredients
Here are a few of my personal results so far

Testimonials from Early Backers
I’m local to Veronica and Michael and was totally in when they told me they wanted a few friends to try their new cream. I never have been able to fix my hormones. I’m feeling better after a few weeks and looking forward to their actual clinical testing coming up so I can possibly participate. Amazing!
When I first heard about progesterone and how it was to be combined with CBD, I wanted to be one of the first to try. I’ve been using a bioidentical progesterone cream for several years. This one has a great smell to it and it rubs in without an oily residue. Very luxurious feeling to it. Love the automatic dispensing amount. I was always worried about wasting too much or not having enough. problem solved. I did notice the CBD effect. very calming and tranquil.
I’ve been able to try this new cream out as I am involved in sourcing the CBD. As a lady in her late 50s I know all too well the hot flashes and other issues I’m facing as I age. This combination is amazing and I can’t wait until it is commercially available
Organic Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Organic Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Organic Ethanol, Organic Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Organic Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Organic Nano-Emulsified Cannabidiol (CBD), Organic Glycerin, USP Micronized Bioidentical Progesterone, Organic Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax, Xanthan Gum, Organic Sunflower Lecithin, Sodium Citrate, Citric Acid
Organic Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice – Often extolled for its soothing qualities, aloe vera is usually identified as a topical ointment for burns, sun damage, and skin abrasions, and this healing plant moisturizes and has anti-aging effects.
Aloe vera includes several necessary vitamins: A, C, E, B1, B2, B3, B6, and B12.
Vitamins A, C, and E are antioxidants and help fend off free radicals which can contribute to cancer, heart disease, and other illnesses.
Our Organic Ethanol is organically grown and harvested.
The natural (organic) plant-derived Ethanol in our products will not dry out your skin. As part of a carefully formulated product, it accentuates the body’s ability to absorb the beneficial botanical properties and also acts as part of our natural preservation, making obsolete (additional) synthetic preservatives.
Cocoa butter is derived from the Theobroma cacao tree. Cocoa butter has been shown to contain high concentrations of plant flavonoids and polyphenols. The oil exhibits anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-allergenic and antioxidant properties that are beneficial for the skin. Cocoa butter is high in saturated fatty acids making it an excellent and stable skin moisturizer and skin emollient. There is also ample evidence that it aids in stretch mark removal!
Organic glycerin is a thick, clear, colorless, multi-use liquid. Typically used as a humectant (an ingredient that keeps things moist, food-grade vegetable glycerin can also be used as a thickener and an emulsifier.
Our 100% USP, food-grade vegetable glycerin is gluten-free, vegan-friendly, and comprised of 99.7% coconut oil-extracted fatty ester and 0.3% water. Our ingredient is Non-Soy.
Vegetable glycerin allows for better absorption of other ingredients. It also works well as a massage oil due to its water-solubility or as a carrier oil in essential oil or other moisturizer-based skincare.
Obtained from the leaves of the Brazilian palm tree (Copernica Cerifera), also known as the “Tree of Life.” Carnauba wax is the hardest natural wax available. We use the organic variety that assists us in developing the right texture for our cream. It also helps absorption in the skin – which is so vital for the other ingredients.
This is not the same species that palm oil is pressed from but is a species indigenous to Brazil that grows wildly in native forests. Annual pruning of leaves allows for the continuing abundance where trees will continue with their natural growth cycle, much like us humans receiving a haircut!
Sunflower lecithin is made by dehydrating a sunflower and separating it into three parts: oil, gum, and solids. The lecithin comes from the gum. lecithin is actually a general term for various fatty substances that can be extracted from sunflowers.
As an emulsifier, sunflower lecithin is able to balance the fat levels in your, which can help to boost heart health.
Citric acid is a weak organic acid that is naturally found within citrus fruits, especially from citrus fruits such as lemons and limes. Its usual commercial uses in cosmetics and pharmaceuticals include its role as a pH adjustor and skin thickening agent within gels and creams.
Shea butter is extracted from the kernels of the fruit of the shea tree in a fatty form. We love our Shea butter because it has a particularly high content of cosmetically valuable ingredients, including a high content of tocopherols and antioxidant ingredients that are well known as a healing agent.
Sunflowers have amazing properties as a skin nurturer!
Rich in nutrients such as calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc and vitamins A, K and E, sunflower oil is used effectively against inflammation and irritations of the skin. The high vitamin E content acts as an emollient which traps moisture and keeps skin well hydrated. It also helps prevent damage to cells by ultraviolet light and aids against premature aging of skin by protecting the collagen and elastin content.
The first and most important standard to look for in a progesterone cream is a USP (United States Pharmacopeia) on the label. Progesterone is derived from diosgenin; a steroid sapogenin extracted from the tubers of Mexican Wild Yam Root. To render truly bio-identical progesterone (exactly like your body naturally produces) Wild Yam Root requires a special laboratory process called “micronization.” Since you see USP Micronized on our label, you know our progesterone has undergone this process and is in conformity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
Xanthan Gum is a popular ingredient used in skincare to improve binding, emulsify, and thicken the
Xanthan gum is found in every category of cosmetic products, with 3,470 reported uses under the FDA. It can be found in everything from cleansers to masks, serums to peels. Xanthan gum is a popular ingredient for green beauty brands as it is naturally derived and is safe. The Cosmetic Ingredient Review has approved xanthan gum for skincare and personal use products
Sodium Citrate is the sodium salt of citric acid, a weak organic acid. This ingredient acts as an alkalinizing agent and as a buffering agent to control the pH level. It is important to balance the pH of cosmetics and skin care products in order to maintain the skin’s normal pH as closely as possible.
Ready to create a life in balance?
Fertility and menstruation are largely controlled by hormones, and one of these hormones is progesterone. Progesterone is a steroid hormone belonging to a class of hormones called progestogens. It is secreted by the corpus luteum, a temporary endocrine gland that the female body produces after ovulation during the second half of the menstrual cycle.
Progesterone is a precursor to most of the other steroid hormones, including cortisol, androstenedione, the estrogens and even testosterone.
In a normally cycling female, the corpus luteum produces 20 to 30 mg of progesterone daily during the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle.
As explained earlier, estrogen dominance is a term that describes a condition where the normal balance of estrogen to progesterone is changed by excess estrogen or inadequate progesterone. Estrogen is a potent and potentially dangerous hormone when not balanced by adequate progesterone.
Women suffering from pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS) to women suffering from menopausal symptoms, will recognize the hallmark symptoms of estrogen dominance: weight gain, bloating, mood swings, irritability, tender breasts, headaches, fatigue, depression, hypoglycemia, uterine fibroids, endometriosis, and fibrocystic breasts.
Estrogen dominance is known to cause and/or contribute to cancer of the breast, ovary and endometrium (uterus).
There are few scientists or medical doctors with significant experience in the CBD industry. Hemp has been illegal for many years in the United States until the passage of the Hemp Farming Act of 2018, passed on December 20, 2018. Prior, it was difficult to research, develop, and understand the many aspects of a hemp plant. Because CBD has been until very recently a schedule 1 substance banned by federal statute, scientific research is still in its early phases, but there is emerging evidence that CBD may help relieve an amazing array of conditions and ailments. For more on CBD, please see our earlier section by clicking HERE.
“Nanoemulsion” or “nanotechnology” is an under-developed methodology not previously paired with a micronized progesterone drug and CBD. Nanotechnology manipulates atoms, molecules, and supramolecular formations, reducing their scale to between 1 and 100 nanometers (nm). This process reduces particles to one-millionth of their original size and even greater. The technical expertise we employ in creating a “bioavailable” nanosized CBD compound in a laboratory testing environment combined with both bioidentical progesterone and nanosized progesterone can escalate the medical and health benefits with different combinations and doses. Nanosizing increases the bioavailability of CBD and Progesterone exponentially and permits an easier distribution through the body and increases the delivery time. For more on CBD, please our earlier section by clicking HERE.
There is a lot of confusion, even with experts in hormone balancing, between the terms progesterone, progestin, and progestogen. Each are quite different. According to Women in Balance, http:womeninbalance.org, “progesterone” refers to the hormone produced in the body, or produced from a plant source but still chemically and structurally identical to human progesterone, and it is therefore referred to as “bioidentical” or “natural”. “progestin” is a synthetically produced hormone, and various types used in hormone therapy. Yet, progesterone is a singular molecule. refers to a hormone that is synthetically produced and differs in structure from progesterone. There are numerous synthetic progestins used in hormone therapy, in contrast to only one molecule referred to as progesterone. “Progestogen” is a general term for hormones that act like progesterone in the uterus, and therefore includes both progesterone and progestins. We know that these various progestins don’t mimic progesterone at the target tissue level. Unfortunately, the use of progestins were used in clinical trials in the early 70s and were shown to increase the risk of breast cancer. More unfortunate, is the studies never included natural bio identical progesterone and too many potential women that can benefit from natural progesterone don’t realize that there is a difference.
In the years leading up to menopause, many women regularly have anovulatory cycles in which they make enough estrogen to create menstruation, but they don’t make any progesterone, thus setting the stage for estrogen dominance. Using progesterone cream during anovulatory months can help prevent the symptoms of PMS.
We now know that PMS can occur despite normal progesterone levels when stress is present. Stress increases cortisol production; cortisol blockades (or competes for) progesterone receptors. Additional progesterone is required to overcome this blockade. We also assert that CBD may provide an entourage effect with respect to reduction of cortisol.
We strongly encourage our valued customers to test their progesterone levels regularly and work with their health care professional that is trained in bioidentical hormone replacement and supplementation. Individual results certainly will vary.
Felicity Organics products should be stored in a cool, dark place, and away from humidity. Our main progesterone cream is packaged in a double insulated airglass container. This is double protection to preserve and protect the precious ingredients inside each jar.
The USP progesterone used for hormone replacement comes from plant fats and oils, usually a substance called diosgenin which is extracted from a very specific type of wild yam that grows in Mexico.
We use an Airless Glass Technology for our container. This is innvoation with packing that keeps the good stuff inside away from the bad stuff outside! Airless technology is the future of the cosmetic, beauty and medical packaging industry. Our customers only deserve the best.
A conventional bottle pumps product from the bottom of the bottle but doesn’t once the contents of the container are low, the pump does not extract the last bit. We don’t want our customers resorting to opening the container and exposing the organic ingredients to bacteria and oxidization. This can contribute to loss of effectiveness. Not to mention messy and frustrating! One of our many reasons for this choice of container.
Our innovative airless glass container consists of a bottle container, a plastic piston apparatus inside a diaphragm in the body and a pump head at the mouth of the bottle. When the pump is depressed, the piston moves upward inside the diaphragm.
Pressure works to fill the empty cavity from the bottom and then dispenses the contents uniformly. As our quantity per serving is concise and measured, this assures an exact measurement for serving size. With something as important as what’s in the formulation, the accuracy of dosage is critical.
